Your Role:
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of Court of Protection issues, including deputyship administration, estate management, and applications for recognition and enforcement.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of complex deputyship matters involving individuals with varying needs and assets.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior partners, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure seamless client representation.
  • Prepare comprehensive legal documents, conduct thorough research, and present compelling arguments in court proceedings.
