Senior Court of Protection Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Court of Protection Solicitor to join our team in Bristol. As a senior associate or associate, you will be working with a leading law firm, ranked highly in the Legal 500, and will be part of a successful team that provides excellent service to clients.

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' PQE in Court of Protection from a reputable firm and will be responsible for managing the team's deputyship clients who have complex needs and significant assets. You will also be taking an active role in supervising juniors and getting involved in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing advice to clients on Court of Protection matters
  2. Managing applications to the Court of Protection
  3. Appointing replacement trustees
  4. Deputyship administration
  5. Investigating and reinstating estates
  6. Applications for recognition and enforcement
