Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Taylor Hawkes Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate Sales Invoicing: Process all sales invoices with precision and attention to detail.
  • Client Onboarding: Set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Admin Inbox Management: Maintain and monitor the sales admin inbox to ensure timely responses.
  • Debt Collection Support: Assist Depot managers in effective debt collection and provide support as needed.
  • Coverage and Reconciliation: Cover the Purchase ledger department when required and perform daily reconciliation of company bank statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist the Financial Manager in processing month-end journals, reconciling work in progress, and preparing monthly P&L reports.
