Job Description

Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Deciem Beauty Group. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Previous Retail Experience: A strong asset, but not required.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of beauty products and a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
