We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance our Civil Engineering Division and contribute to a variety of exciting projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial insight and a successful history of managing financially sound Civil Engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing project budgets and allocating cost codes for precise cost reporting.
  • Reviewing contract terms and conditions, ensuring clarity in subcontract agreements.
  • Managing the procurement process for subcontract packages, including tender documentation.
  • Providing detailed reporting on current costs and forecasting future expenditures.
  • Overseeing contract administration and managing correspondence related to delays and claims.
  • Collaborating with the Employer's team to advance the project's commercial objectives.
  • Effectively managing staff resources to maintain project cost awareness.
  • Conducting delay analyses and preparing narratives to support claims.
  • Addressing subcontractor issues as they arise.
  • Ensuring timely adherence to variation and compensation event processes to protect the business's interests.
  • Forecasting cash flow and compiling project budgets.
  • Coordinating with procurement to establish project allowances.
  • Participating in progress and commercial meetings, representing the company in a professional capacity.
