Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Fit Out

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects
  • Develop and implement cost management plans
  • Monitor and report on project progress and expenditure
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
