Senior Planning Policy Officer

**Job Summary**

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Town Planning Policy Specialist to join their Planning Policy Team for an initial 6 month period. The successful candidate will assist in progressing the draft Local Plan through Regulation 19 consultation and submission/examination in public.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in progressing the draft Local Plan through Regulation 19 consultation and submission/examination in public
* Provide planning policy expertise and support to the Planning Policy Team
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement planning policy initiatives

**Requirements**

* Planning qualifications and planning policy experience required, preferably in a London context
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
