Job Description

Are you passionate about advancing medical research and innovation in the biopharmaceutical industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Research Associate to join our research-driven team at MSD.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strong relationships with research sites and ensure continuity throughout all phases of clinical research studies
  2. Conduct site management and monitoring activities in compliance with applicable regulations and protocols
  3. Gain a deep understanding of study protocols and related procedures
  4. Coordinate and manage various tasks in collaboration with other sponsor roles to ensure site readiness
  5. Participate in site selection and validation activities
  6. Perform remote and on-site monitoring and oversight activities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data generated at the site
Requirements:
  1. A degree in a science-related field
  2. Clinical research experience, such as Clinical Trial Assistant, Study Coordinator, or similar roles
  3. Good understanding and working knowledge of clinical research, including phases of clinical trials, International Conference on Harmonisation - Good Clinical Practice, and country-specific clinical research law and guidelines
  4. Familiarity with Global, Country, and Regional Clinical Research Guidelines and ability to work within these guidelines
  5. Hands-on knowledge of Good Documentation Practices
  6. Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 65%-75% of working time, with an expected traveling frequency of 2-3 days per week
