We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at Ten Live Limited. As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to expedite short deliveries or shortages, and obtain estimated time of arrivals (ETAs).
- Update spreadsheets with material due-in dates and communicate with suppliers to obtain lead time updates.
- Perform data entry and updating tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in data input, updating, and spreadsheet management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Working Hours:
Contract hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with no hybrid working arrangement.
