Your Responsibilities

As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will support the implementation of our H&S Strategy through engagement of employees, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive our safety culture journey to zero harm.

  • Strategy Deployment: Implement the H&S strategy through frontline coaching.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Report and monitor H&S data, develop and maintain H&S Policies and Standards, ensure compliance with legislation.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum requirement is a NEBOSH Certificate. A degree or similar level education in a relevant discipline and/or a professional Health & Safety Qualification is preferred.
  • Experience in a Health and Safety Advisor or Specialist role, gained in a Manufacturing environment.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000-£60,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits. This role is based in Dumbarton, Scotland.
