Height Safety Instructor

Become a vital member of our team as a Height Safety Instructor, where you will be instrumental in providing accredited and customized training sessions at our training facilities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings and is eager to build a rewarding career with us.

The responsibilities include aiding in the development, planning, mentoring, and ongoing improvement of height safety and other accredited training programs within HSS Training.

What qualifications are necessary to excel as a Height Safety Instructor?

  • Expertise in height safety training or relevant experience in Health and Safety, with a solid understanding of training accreditation operational standards.
  • Preferred qualifications include IPAF, PASMA, LA (optional), NEBOSH, AET, and TAQA.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and IT communication skills.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing a team. Experience in remote team management is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proactive in providing solutions to support our diverse workforce across the region.
