About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our team at Fox's Burton's Companies (FBC UK). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across our production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of production lines, equipment, and facilities to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Work at heights to clean overhead transfer conveyor systems, beams, pipes, ledges, fans, and dust extraction systems.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with hygiene supervisors to ensure all relevant information is shared and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High standards of hygiene and attention to detail.
  • Basic food hygiene training (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Chemical training (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Working at height experience (training will be provided if necessary).
