Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our energy efficiency programmes and community scheme initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert information and support to customers via telephone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries and issues.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls, consistently meeting our service level agreement and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrating a deep understanding of our programmes and services, and a passion for helping people.
- Confidently handle customer complaints, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with internal departments and industry partners to ensure seamless delivery of our services, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer engagement, using business platforms to track progress and identify trends.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Competitive salary: up to £27,500.
