About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and managing all operations across one of our expanding UK sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead strategic account development and contribute to new client acquisition, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to identify areas for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage all operational aspects of the site, including employee evaluation and development, financial budgeting and profitability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and discuss improvements with the General Manager.
Requirements
  • Proven background in sales management and strong operational experience, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience growing, developing, and managing teams/divisions, with a strong focus on leadership and management.
  • Strong business development and account management experience, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
