Sales Advisor

Winemark is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in Belfast.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional level of customer service at all times.
- Identify and act on selling opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Assist in maintaining housekeeping standards and ensuring stock is controlled and merchandised to Company standards.
- Assist with promotional set up and ensure the premises are safe and secure at all times.
- Comply with Company regulations regarding cash handling and administration.
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
