Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • At least two years of experience as a manager in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, driving sales and revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Commercial acumen and ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food
