We are seeking a skilled and driven Senior Mechanical Project Leader to manage the mechanical components of a prestigious Category A fit-out initiative, valued at £1 million. The ideal candidate will be tasked with overseeing all facets of the mechanical operations, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgetary constraints, and upholding the highest quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise the mechanical operations for the Category A fit-out project.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and various stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Formulate and uphold project timelines, financial plans, and progress documentation.
  • Guarantee that all mechanical installations meet applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Perform regular site evaluations to assess progress and quality of workmanship.
  • Identify and address potential risks associated with the mechanical package.
  • Resolve any challenges or disputes that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
Proven track record as a Senior Mechanical Project Leader, ideally within Category A fit-out projects. Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, and building services. Exceptional project management capabilities with the aptitude to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Proficient in project management software and tools. Relevant credentials in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
