Role Overview:
The Mechanical and Electrical Project Leader will oversee M&E services throughout all project phases, ensuring that the scope of work is accurately estimated, designed, installed, and commissioned safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations regarding building services.
- Lead and guide the project team on M&E services, ensuring all site personnel have current information.
- Oversee installation activities to guarantee the delivery of integrated systems that meet client specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Ensure financial reimbursement for service integration and attendance works.
- Evaluate designs from M&E consultants, contractors, and architects to identify potential interface issues.
- Support commercial aspects of contracts, including negotiations and agreement on variations and pricing related to M&E services.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to address interface challenges and develop solutions.
- Ensure that maintenance provisions for services are adequately included in client work.
- Assist in preparing coordinated building and service schedules.
- Participate in site work coordination to prevent delays and rework.
- Prepare material take-offs and initiate requisitions as necessary.
- Maintain high safety standards on projects, adhering to all relevant environmental and health & safety regulations concerning M&E services.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in the construction sector in an M&E capacity, with a recognized qualification in a relevant field.
- Essential experience in both electrical and mechanical services; familiarity with interior fit-out projects is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication abilities.
- Client-oriented with solid commercial insight and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
