We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Negotiator at Reeds Rains Wigan Branch.

As a professional estate agent, we pride ourselves on developing and supporting our colleagues through leadership and career development opportunities.

As a Negotiator at Reeds Rains, you will receive:

  • Competitive salary and uncapped earning opportunities
  • Guaranteed commission pay for the first 6 months

In this role, you will:

  • Register customers and conduct property matches
  • Generate and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between all parties
  • Maximise branch income through cross-selling services
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Industry experience is preferred, but not essential. We offer training and support to help you succeed in this role.

A full UK driving license and access to a car are essential for this position.
