Reeds Rains Wigan Branch is seeking a highly motivated sales-oriented individual to join their team as a Trainee Negotiator on a permanent basis.
As a professional estate agent, Reeds Rains prides itself on its reputation and commitment to developing and supporting its colleagues through leadership and career development opportunities.
As a Negotiator at Reeds Rains, you will receive:
- Pay in the region of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (OTE)
- Basic salary from £17,500 plus monthly commission pay
- Guaranteed Commission pay for the first 6 months of employment
- Uncapped earning opportunities and top achievers' awards
- Day off in lieu for any Saturday worked
- Professional training
- Defined career path / progression opportunities
In the role of a Negotiator, you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided. Ideally, you will be able to evidence previous sales &/or customer service experience, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
A full UK driving license is essential and access to a car.
