We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at St Mary's Court Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and services that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compassion.
- Lead the care team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our residents.
- Maintain effective communication, reporting changes and updates to the senior care team.
- Manage wounds and ensure accurate recording of medications.
- Provide personal care, emotional support, and spiritual comfort to our residents.
- Supervise and appraise team members, implementing changes as agreed with the Manager.
- Assess prospective clients and complete duty rotas as necessary.
- Participate in training and development, assisting the Manager in working within agreed budgets.
