Area Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with independent traders, merchants, specifiers, and contractors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Present and demonstrate our products to customers, highlighting their benefits and value proposition
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales performance

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of manufactured products and their applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage own schedule and resources
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and main office location as required
  • Option to use own vehicle or have company car
