About the Role
Sunseeker International Ltd is seeking skilled tradespeople to join our production teams in the manufacturing of luxury motor yachts. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing, fitting, and finishing of our award-winning product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of luxury motor yachts, including carpentry, electrical, deck fitting, engineering, plumbing, GRP laminating, GRP finishing, and spraying.
- Work collaboratively with experienced tradespeople to ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Relevant trade qualifications and experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Patterns
- Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30
- Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30 (shift premium applied to basic rate)
Pay Rates
- Basic hourly rates from £14.00 to £16.05, depending on experience
- Overtime rates of up to £24.07 (x1.5 rate) and £32.10 (x2 rate, Sundays/Bank Holidays)
