Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Primary Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to gain valuable experience in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Work one-to-one and in small groups with students, preparing them for SATs
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to achieve educational goals

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
