Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic University Graduates to join our team as Graduate Teaching Assistants. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students of secondary age in a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing individualized support to students
  • Run intervention sessions and booster groups to help students who require additional support
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and engagement
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree from a Russell Group University
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable but not essential)
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
