About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at F S People Ltd, a leading Financial Services recruitment specialists. This role is crucial to achieving our ambitious marketing objectives, including increasing organic enquiries, enhancing brand awareness, and improving engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and implement effective content strategies to drive growth and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Email Marketing: Design and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics to inform marketing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through content and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and report on performance.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strong visual sense for designing or guiding the creation of graphics and videos (experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and strategies to senior management.
