Electrical Contracts Manager Job Description

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team in Enfield, North London. As a key member of the access control department, you will be responsible for managing commercial and domestic contracts across Enfield, London, and the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of annual PPM and compliance programme of works
  • Planning and coordination of direct labour (in-house and sub-contracted)
  • Updating programme works and current status of all projects
  • Site visits may be required, predominantly throughout London
Requirements:
  • Strong contract management background in CCTV / Access Control
  • Previous contract / site management experience across the property maintenance sector
  • Experience in team monitoring and delivering project measurables to a large team
  • Highly motivated to succeed individually and within a team environment
