Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct service, maintenance, and repair tasks on Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.
  • Work on various equipment including chillers, split air conditioning units, and air handling systems.
  • Engage in additional Building Maintenance tasks, covering Mechanical and Electrical systems such as pumps, valves, and pipework.
Working Hours

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. There is no requirement for out-of-hours duties or call-out responsibilities. Overtime is available upon agreement and compensated at time and a half.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in building services engineering, with a preference for multi-skilled experience.
  • City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Refrigeration is preferred, along with F-GAS Category 1 certification.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Air Conditioning and Building Services sector.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, based on experience. Additional benefits include a company vehicle, fuel provision, private medical insurance, and a pension scheme.
