Evaluation Director: Crime, Justice, Security, and Migration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Evaluation Director to lead our major evaluations in the areas of crime, justice, security, and migration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing large, multi-strand evaluations (process, impact, and economic) in collaboration with key government departments and internal teams.
  • Ensuring the highest quality outputs and delivering work on time and to budget.
  • Developing and leading winning proposals and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
  • Contributing to the overall team strategy and plans.
  • Representing the organization at conferences, seminars, and other events.

Requirements:

  • Established process and impact evaluation experience.
  • Experience of running major evaluations that coordinate partnerships and collaborations.
  • Mixed methods research skills and knowledge of the policy area.
  • Project management and leading winning bids.
