About the Role
As a Property & Facilities Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues, including Building Engineering Technicians and Asset Technicians, as well as Fabric Team Managers. Your expertise in the building fabric industry will ensure that we deliver exceptional service to our clients, maintaining their premises in a secure and safe condition.
You'll apply your skills and technical knowledge to a wide range of situations, requiring experience and judgment to resolve fabric-related issues or complete projects effectively. Your commitment to safety is paramount, ensuring full compliance with Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions' health and safety policies and procedures to protect colleagues, customers, and the public.
About You
We seek a highly motivated individual with strong computer literacy, particularly in electronic management systems and email. Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling you to actively listen, transmit information clearly, and liaise effectively with customers at all levels. You'll possess a sound knowledge and practical experience of carpentry and wet trades, along with a comprehensive understanding of building fabric products.
A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points is required for this role.
