Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare comprehensive tender packages for various projects, ensuring all necessary documentation is included and up-to-date.
  • To conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on fire risk management and CDM compliance.
  • To develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • To provide training and guidance to colleagues on health and safety best practices and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CDM and fire risk management, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
