Job Title: Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Bury St Edmunds. As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
