Job Title: Registered Nurse - Neuro Rehabilitation

Service Type: Brain Injury Rehabilitation

Location: Ipswich

Salary: £27,805 - £31,500 per annum (£14.11 per hour) plus 30% nights enhancement

Hours: 3 shifts per week across 7 days, fixed shifts may be considered, please advise us of what would work for you and your circumstances

Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role:
  1. Deliver high-quality care to patients with brain injuries, working collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team.
  2. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based guidelines.
  3. Maintain accurate records in line with corporate policies and procedures, and NMC guidelines.
  4. Provide clinical care in line with company policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure the care team provides care in line with the inter-professional evidence-based care plan.
  6. Where appropriate, be responsible for the management of patient care during the shift.
