Project Planning Engineer

At aaa | consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our projects department, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the development and control of project planning and scheduling for appointed project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and governance requirements.
  2. Monitor and analyze cost performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Review and evaluate project status against schedule and cost baselines, providing recommendations for optimization.
  4. Integrate project risks into the project schedule, performing routine risk analysis and mitigation.
  5. Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and stored within the relevant teams' room.
  6. Conduct site visits and offshore visits to support estimating and project execution.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and PowerPoint, with strong experience in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  8. Understanding of Association of Project Management (APM) methodologies and accredited Project Fundamentals Qualification (APM) certified.
  9. Ability to manage large datasets and create concise, data-driven reports using pivot tables.

Day-to-Day:

You will work closely with the Projects Controls Lead and Project Manager, ensuring compliance with our Company's Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Quality, and Energy Management Policy.
