Job Overview

As a Lead Business Solutions Analyst specializing in Supply Chain and Available to Promise (ATP) processes, you will leverage your extensive functional and application knowledge to pinpoint areas for improvement and propose enhancements to supply chain operations. Your role will involve:

• Managing and overseeing the integrity of supply chain master data within the organization's ERP and planning systems, ensuring that data is accurate, comprehensive, and consistent across various departments.

• Utilizing your expertise in supply chain planning and order fulfillment processes to guarantee that supply planning and ATP operations yield high-quality outputs.

To excel in this position, you should be a proactive self-starter with strong analytical skills, a curious mindset, and a solid grasp of data management and system configurations. A passion for resolving business challenges and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are essential.

Key Responsibilities


• Ensure that clean master data is consistently integrated into the planning system from diverse sources.

• Assist in the design, testing, and maintenance of supply chain data, including but not limited to items, bills of materials, and sourcing splits.

• Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of master data from both internal and external sources.

• Compare supply availability data, such as open purchase orders, on-hand inventory, work in progress, and sales orders, between source systems and planning systems to ensure data integrity.

• Ensure that all qualified sales orders are processed for order confirmations and backlog reporting.

• Monitor supply planning and ATP confirmation processes, escalating issues to the support team as necessary.

• Ensure that sales order confirmations adhere to ATP rules and prioritization criteria.

• Address any master data warnings and errors in supply planning and ATP confirmation processes.

• Analyze trends in order confirmations and identify any deviations from expected patterns.

• Support planners in interpreting and reviewing supply planning and ATP confirmations.

• Prepare and update documentation, providing refresher training as needed.

• Collaborate with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop Business Requirements documents.

• Work closely with IT SMEs to communicate requirements and engage in design discussions.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system modifications.

Qualifications


• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain planning and order fulfillment processes.

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system implementation or as a planner.

• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP time series and order-based planning data models.

• Familiarity with IBP master data types, including product, location, and compound master data.

• Knowledge of SAP IBP configuration for supply and response modules.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• A proactive problem solver and change agent capable of identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.

• Strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while understanding their impact on business outcomes.

• Experience with CPI/DS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is a plus.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations Research is preferred.
