About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading automotive start-up, launching groundbreaking technology. You will be responsible for integrating hydraulics with advanced controls software to create a seamless blend of hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of in-vehicle, rapid prototype controllers for internal and customer projects.
- Conduct root-cause investigations, data processing, and analysis of results from simulations and vehicle testing.
- Work cross-functionally with the Systems, Software, and Electric Motor Module teams.
- Develop and implement control systems using simulation and algorithms.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Systems engineering.
- Engineering background in control theory and signal processing, including linear system analysis, frequency response, optimal control techniques, state estimation, and digital signal processing.
- MiL (Model-in-Loop) and HiL (Hardware-in-Loop) testing experience.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £90,000 DOE, private healthcare, unlimited holiday, and a pension scheme.
