About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a residential care home in Bottisham. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of care staff to provide effective care planning and support to residents.
  • Ensure residents are empowered to participate in decision-making and are enabled to live fulfilling lives.
  • Monitor and maintain good care practice, observing resident behaviors and staff interactions to ensure the highest standards are met.
