We are currently looking for a committed NEC Planner to join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on schedule, within budget, and adhering to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and reviewing initial project programs based on fundamental principles.
  • Creating contract programs for tender submissions.
  • Evaluating and advising on main contract programs after project handover.
  • Coordinating labor, equipment, and material resources while managing the Tender Activity Programme.
  • Aligning project programs with objectives and maintaining accurate as-built programming.
  • Monitoring site progress and identifying critical path delays.
  • Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Design teams.
  • Extracting essential information and communicating changes to ensure timely resolution of issues and project alignment.
  • Assessing risks and formulating contingency plans for Commercial and Change Control.
  • Consulting with the Estimating/Commercial Team regarding site outputs and liaising with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors on potential commercial impacts.
  • Demonstrating the effects of commercial events on the project timeline and managing program adjustments.
  • Participating in client meetings to discuss project status and ensure effective delivery.
  • Generating and disseminating reports on project schedules, progress, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to Project Managers and clients as necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred background in engineering, though not mandatory.
  • Experience with NEC Contracts is essential.
  • Proficiency in program management software, particularly Primavera P6.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in the aviation sector is advantageous.
