About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter System Engineer to join our team at Supermicro. As a Datacenter System Engineer, you will be responsible for accepting, registering, and solving various problems in the field of server hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and solve problems for our international customers both remotely and at the customer location.
  • Work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert-level support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of server hardware.

Requirements:

  • A completed (senior) vocational education towards IT or comparable level obtained through experience.
  • An excellent command of the Spanish and English language.
  • Experience with 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Experience in datacenters is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Analytic and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge.
  • Ability to perform individually and under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of the Windows OS/Linux.
  • Basic knowledge of system management (networks, servers, databases).
