Job Summary
Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Advisor to join our team in London. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for managing lateral recruitment, providing recruitment expertise, and building strong relationships with clients and recruitment agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Expertise: Provide high-quality recruitment services to clients, including drafting recruitment business cases and benchmarking.
- Candidate Management: Offer effective candidate management, including maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuring a smooth offer and onboarding process.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders, including Heads of Department, Hiring Managers, and Partners.
- Talent Sourcing: Use various methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to source and attract top talent.
- Communication: Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: Strong experience in a similar role within a legal recruitment agency or legal in-house recruitment role.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in using various recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
