Key Responsibilities

* Identify and resolve maintenance issues and hazards in a timely and efficient manner
* Conduct thorough investigations into faults and perform minor repairs as necessary
* Provide excellent communication and liaison between tenants and our service centre
* Upload reports and condition videos in a timely and accurate manner
* Assist with ad-hoc queries from tenants and the business
* Participate in an on-call rota as required
