- Ability to explain technical terms to customers.
- Demonstrable technical competence in property management.
- Experience in managing external contracts and liaising with suppliers.
- Expertise in design, estimating, planning, valuation, and project management.
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in building studies.
- Ability to perform risk and value management and cost control.
- Experience in planning enquiries.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site at the Edmonton hub for 2 days per week.
