Job Title: Team Leader (Residential Care)

Willing Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Care team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and mentoring a team of care staff.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Support and mentor care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain a professional relationship with the regulatory body.
Requirements:
  • Dementia care training (desirable)
  • Working towards or obtained NVQ 3 or equivalent in health & social care
  • Experience in organizing, implementing training, and chairing meetings (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience of risk assessment, care plans, and reviews
