We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Specialist to join our team at Dover Street Market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the smooth operation of the Jewellery department, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the VIP and Merchandising teams to manage special orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure the selling floor and stock are well-maintained, clean, and organized.
  • Capture data accurately, adhering to company procedures.
  • Receive, inspect, and store new deliveries efficiently.
  • Contribute to floor coverage and asset protection initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of jewellery visual merchandising.

Non-Negotiables

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the VIP, Merch, and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Ability to multitask, while maintaining attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with Jewellery, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Fluent in the language and terminology used in the Jewellery industry, including carat, cuts, and different types of stones.
  • Knowledge and understanding of bespoke services and the ability to manage expectations.
