As a key member of the Membership Services & Constitution Department, you will play a vital role in enhancing and refining data-driven, customer-centric membership offerings, aimed at boosting member satisfaction and improving retention metrics.
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in database management and data analysis, including the ability to generate customized reports;
- Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding service to a diverse range of stakeholders, including third-party service providers, union members, union representatives, and other unions;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a background in managing complaints effectively;
- A commitment to understanding and supporting the fundamental principles of the RMT and the broader trade union movement;
- Capability to plan, prioritize, and organize your tasks to meet specified deadlines;
- Familiarity with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and a strong sense of data confidentiality.
