Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join their Sales team in a market-leading company within the Payroll & Umbrella services sector. As a Key Account Executive, you will work closely with the Key Account Director to manage and maintain a portfolio of Recruitment Agency Accounts, while developing and growing relationships with existing and new stakeholders.
This is a proactive role with opportunities for progression, and occasional travel may be required to visit key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within the assigned patch.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and their needs, working alongside the Key Account Director.
- Collaborate with the Key Account Advisor to address and resolve agency queries.
- Regularly follow up with consultants in the patch to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities.
- Support the Key Account Director in achieving objectives outlined by the Sales Director.
- Act on cross-sell opportunities identified by the Key Account Director.
- Maintain a record of existing accounts, including account/consultant profile information, activity, and competitor insight on the Sales CRM.
- Account map every account to identify key stakeholders within each.
- Support the Key Account Director with consultant legislation and Umbrella training where necessary.
