Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our fantastic Residential Conveyancing team at a leading law firm based in Kent.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on all types of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to post completion, including sales and purchases in freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership properties.

You will be responsible for providing support on residential conveyancing matters, including ordering online searches and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

We offer excellent progression opportunities and will support you through qualifications to become a Licensed Conveyancer/Solicitor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support on residential conveyancing matters
  • Ordering online searches
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Supporting the team in achieving excellent client service
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Assistant/Paralegal
