Residential Property Specialist

Insight Select is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Kent. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential freehold and leasehold conveyancing, with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential freehold and leasehold conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Provide exceptional service to clients and maintain high professional standards
- Cover remortgages, transfers, lease extensions, and releases of equity
- Communicate and work well with a small and close-knit team
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in a similar role as a Residential Conveyancer
- Experienced in running your own caseload
- Able to work in a fast-paced team
- Understand and deliver exceptional client care
- Be very organized and self-motivated
Benefits:
- Package: £35,000 - £50,000 base salary dependent on experience
