The Advocate Group is excited to represent a rapidly expanding beverage brand in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Field Sales & Marketing Specialist to join their exceptional regional sales team in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients in the Grocery/Retail sector – including top retailers.
  • Implement direct market activation strategies.
  • Oversee promotional activities in the market.
  • Provide training and support to distributor staff.
  • Manage and distribute point-of-sale materials.
  • Attract new independent retailers as per the defined profile.
  • Allocate stock lines to meet outlet requirements.
  • Distribute merchandising materials to both existing and new stockists as instructed.
  • Assist the designated distributor with agreed promotional initiatives.
  • Relay high-quality market insights to distributors.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of activity reports.
  • Document all activities in accordance with company policies.
