Domestic Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at Mill River Lodge, a highly valued provider of care. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness within the home, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our service users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize rooms, including furnishings, in assigned work areas
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, minimizing disruption to service users and their care
  • Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and working relationship skills
  • Work independently, using a variety of cleaning products, including COSHH regulated products
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene within the home

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 and provide full training, including our leadership program, to support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw Healthcare.

No previous experience is necessary, and we welcome applications from individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.

Salary: £12.00 per hour
